  • We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented TMS Support & Business Analyst to join our team. This hybrid role blends technical system administration, business analysis, and data analytics to support and optimize our Transportation Management System (TMS) operations. The ideal candidate will serve as a subject matter expert and key liaison between operations, technology, and client teams — driving system performance, integration success, and continuous service improvement.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous TMS management or administration experience strongly preferred
  • Relevant platforms include: 3GTMS, MercuryGate, OTM, or similar
  • Working knowledge of EDI transaction sets, specifically:
  • 210 – Motor Carrier Freight Details and Invoice
  • 214 – Transportation Carrier Shipment Status Message
  • 204 – Motor Carrier Load Tender
  • Experience with API integrations in a logistics or supply chain environment
  • Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or similar
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across operations, IT, and client-facing teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a process improvement mindset

  • Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The salary for this position ranges from $110,000 in our lowest geographic market up to $120,000 in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
