• Job Description
• We are seeking a Business Analyst – Model Risk Management to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in model risk governance, Agile delivery, and data migration within risk platforms and a proven ability to translate regulatory and governance requirements into detailed, testable platform specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Requirements elicitation and analysis across Model Risk, model owners, validators, business users, and dependent technology teams, aligned to MRM policies and governance.
• Epic and user story decomposition with clear acceptance criteria for inventory management, validation lifecycle, and findings tracking.
• Process and workflow modeling for development, independent validation, approval, and monitoring to enable a unified MRM workflow across tiers.
• Testing and quality assurance partnership to define test cases and validate solutions for business and regulatory compliance.
• Stakeholder communication to maintain alignment on requirements, status, and deliverables with MRM leadership and technology.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven Business Analyst experience within Model Risk Management, model validation, or quantitative risk functions.
• Knowledge of MRM principles, model tiering, development, independent validation, and monitoring aligned to SR 11-7 and SS1/23 or equivalent guidance.
• Experience with large-scale data migration, including analysis, mapping, and validation for model inventory or risk data.
• Agile delivery expertise (Scrum or Kanban) with ability to write Epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to convert governance needs into technical specifications.
• Experience reviewing test cases and supporting QA activities for workflow validation.
• Clear communication and stakeholder management across risk, technology, audit, and leadership.

Preferred Skills:

• Background with model inventory platforms or governance tooling.
• Experience coordinating with audit and compliance functions on MRM controls and evidence.
