Have experience in MRM, Model Validation, or Quantitative Risk.
Understand model governance, model development, validation, tiering, and monitoring.
Know regulatory frameworks like SR 11-7 and SS1/23.
Strong in requirements gathering, process/workflow mapping, and writing Epics/User Stories/Acceptance Criteria.
Have experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban).
Experience in large-scale data migration, data mapping, analysis, and validation.
Support QA/testing, including test cases and validation of requirements.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication, especially with Risk, Technology, Audit, and senior leadership.
