• eProven experience as a Business Analyst within large enterprise environments

• .Experience assessing business processes and identifying automation opportunities
• .Ability to translate business needs into analytics, reporting, and technology solutions
• .Experience working with data, insights, dashboards, and reporting platforms
• .Strong documentation skills including process mapping, business requirements, and user stories
• .Excellent communication and workshop facilitation skills
• .Experience with Microsoft Viva Insights
• .Knowledge of Viva Glint, Viva Pulse, Viva Engage, and broader Microsoft Viva capabilities
• .Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and workplace analytics solutions
• .Background in employee experience, people analytics, workforce analytics, or organizational effectiveness
• .Familiarity with Microsoft 365 data and collaboration platforms
• .Strong analytical and problem-solving abilit
• yExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

• .Ability to lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, and cross-functional initiatives
