  • Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement within the technology department.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions.

  • A successful Business Analyst should have:
  • A degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Familiarity with technology systems and processes within the industrial and manufacturing industry.
  • A proactive mindset and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
  • Syteline Implementation/Migration Experience
  • 5+ years of experience with ERPs
