- Role Description
- This role is for a Business Analyst responsible for supporting strategic and operational decision-making through structured analysis, data interpretation, and process evaluation. In this position, you will work closely with stakeholders across different teams to understand business needs, identify challenges, and translate requirements into clear, actionable insights.
- As a Business Analyst, you will assist in gathering, organizing, and analyzing business and operational data from multiple sources. You will review performance metrics and key indicators to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement that support planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Key responsibilities include documenting business requirements, mapping workflows, and assisting with the evaluation of existing processes. You will help ensure that business needs are clearly defined, well-documented, and aligned with analytical and operational objectives.
- You will contribute to the preparation of structured reports, dashboards, and presentations that communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. By organizing complex information into clear summaries, you will support stakeholders in understanding insights and making informed decisions.
- This role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a structured problem-solving approach. You will be expected to validate assumptions, ensure data accuracy, and maintain consistency across analysis and documentation.

- Educational background in Business, Economics, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred
