Senior Business Analyst – Mobile Banking

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a mobile engineering team developing customer-facing financial features in a fast-paced, high-release environment. This role will serve as the primary planning and delivery resource for an 18-person Scrum team, partnering closely with developers, UX/design teams, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary BA and point of contact for a large mobile engineering team.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear technical requirements.
• Collaborate with UX and design teams on customer-facing web and mobile products.
• Partner with developers to determine front-end vs. back-end requirements and dependencies.
• Clearly document requirements, processes, and project details.
• Facilitate communication across technical and business teams.
• Support continuous delivery in a high-volume, fast-release environment.
• Understand business objectives and connect project requirements to desired outcomes.
• Work independently while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Apply emerging technologies and AI solutions to improve business processes and project delivery.

• Required Qualifications
• Strong Business Analysis experience in a large enterprise environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and confidently lead communication with technical teams.
• Strong understanding of front-end vs. back-end development concepts.
• Experience collaborating with UX and Design teams on customer-facing products.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements.
• Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum and high-release environments.
• Strong documentation and requirements-gathering skills.

• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting mobile applications or mobile engineering teams.
• Financial services or banking experience.
• Experience working on customer-facing financial products.
• Experience using AI to build or develop solutions, not solely for productivity or task assistance.
