Business Analyst – Management Reporting & Analytics

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Analyst to join our team. This individual will

be responsible for managing reporting, analytics, and business processes, and will play a key role in

shaping the future of our company. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is comfortable

working with numbers and can independently identify, learn, and implement new ideas and

experiments. Strong business acumen and excellent written and spoken English are essential for

success in this role.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain management reporting systems, ensuring accuracy and relevance.

Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions.

Work closely with the founding team to identify, design, and execute experiments that

contribute to scaling the business and finding product-market fit.

Continuously improve business processes, seeking out opportunities for increased efficiency

and effectiveness.

Clearly communicate findings and recommendations to the team, with a focus on actionable

insights.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in analytics and process management,

incorporating new ideas as appropriate.

Skills And Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a startup or content

creation environment.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to independently identify, learn, and implement new ideas and

experiments.

Strong business acumen, with a keen understanding of the challenges and opportunities

facing startups.
