Job Description:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5-10 years of Business Analysis experience.
• Banking or Financial Services experience is mandatory.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.
• Experience working in cross-functional Agile teams.
• Expertise in Deposits, Loans, and Payments (ACH).
• Strong knowledge and practical application of AI technologies and tools.
• Ability to leverage AI to streamline requirements gathering, development activities, and UAT/testing efforts across the SDLC.
• Banking Domain Expertise Deposits, Loans, ACH Payments, Banking Operations, Financial Services Products and Processes
