Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the enhancement and maintenance of a grant management application used for administering federal funding programs. This role serves as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendor partners to ensure successful delivery of system enhancements and operational support.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gathering business requirements, conducting user acceptance testing (UAT), creating end-user documentation and training materials, and leading cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
Facilitate meetings with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external consultants.
Serve as the primary point of contact for business users regarding application issues.
Communicate issue status, resolutions, and project updates to stakeholders.
Operational & Technical Liaison
Manage and prioritize operational support requests and enhancement tickets using Azure DevOps.
Collaborate with technical teams and vendors to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications.
Leadership & Team Coordination
Lead and mentor business analysts.
Delegate tasks and ensure alignment with project objectives.
Facilitate business requirement gathering sessions with both technical and business teams.
Documentation & Knowledge Management
Maintain project documentation and knowledge repositories.
Ensure process changes, business decisions, and technical documentation are accurate, current, and accessible.
Required Skills & Qualifications
4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
2+ years of experience working with grant management systems or government-funded programs.
Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven leadership experience in cross-functional environments.
Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft Office applications.
