Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and apply business analysis concepts and methodologies.
• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Work with team members to understand business needs and project requirements.
• Prepare basic reports, documentation, and presentations.
• Assist with data analysis using Excel and other business intelligence tools.
• Participate in testing and validation activities.
• Support Agile/Scrum meetings and project discussions.
• Maintain project documentation and track requirements.
• Gain hands-on exposure to real-world business analysis practices.

Training & Development:

• Selected candidates will receive guidance and practical training in areas such as:
• Business Requirements & Documentation
• Requirements Gathering
• Business Process Analysis
• SDLC & Agile Methodologies
• Microsoft Excel
• SQL Fundamentals
• Power BI / Data Visualization
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Business Reporting and Data Analysis

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
