Looking for a Business Anayst to support the Real Estate Services (RES) Global Business Execution Team. The Business Analyst is expected to deliver critical program support, empowering the Data Strategy team to achieve data-driven decision-making.
Experience:
• 5-7 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or a similar role.
• Demonstrated exposure to or strong interest in corporate real estate, facilities management, or construction.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and actionable insights for diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to effectively communicate with senior leadership.
• Strong interpersonal skills, enabling the building of effective working relationships across all levels of the organization and with external partners. Technical Proficiency:
• Expert proficiency with Business Intelligence (BI) platforms (e.g., Tableau, Cognos) for creating insightful dashboards and automated reports.
• Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements in a structured manner.
5-7 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or a similar role.
• Demonstrated exposure to or strong interest in corporate real estate, facilities management, or construction.
Domain Knowledge (Highly Valued):
• Understanding of construction project lifecycles, facilities maintenance processes, corporate real estate and relevant industry best practices is a significant plus.
This is a contract role for aprox. 12 months and work is Remote.
