• Job Description:
• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• Strong experience in Collateral Management and Margin Operations.
• Demonstrated understanding of the end-to-end margin lifecycle and associated risks.
• Proven ability to oversee and challenge operational processes, controls, and outputs in a complex environment.
• Experience managing or leading process improvement, change initiatives, control uplift, and automation.
• Strong understanding of control frameworks, governance, audit, and risk management.
• Ability to assess and articulate operational risk and control effectiveness, including required remediation actions.
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify root causes and key themes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience engaging senior business, risk, and technology partners.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize BAU delivery and change activity while maintaining strong control discipline.
• Experience working in financial services, banking, capital markets, investment management, or securities operations is highly preferred.
