About the Opportunity:
The Business Analyst Intern III supports business operations and customer relationship management through data analysis, modeling, and process improvement. This role analyzes internal, customer, competitive, and market data to identify opportunities and develop tools that improve operational efficiency. The position provides hands-on experience applying analytics and data-driven solutions across the business lifecycle in a remote work environment.
Responsibilities:
- • Identify, quantify, capture, and model new business opportunities.
- • Analyze internal operations, customer, competitor, and market data to identify trends, opportunities, and business drivers.
- • Develop and implement analytical tools supporting customer account management and repair center optimization.
- • Refine processes for data capture, cleaning, organization, and modeling.
- • Support the development of data-driven solutions that improve operational efficiency and competitive positioning.
- • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand analytical needs and translate them into practical tools and insights.
Requirements:
- • Currently enrolled and in good academic standing in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Analytics, Business, Mathematics, or a related field; rising juniors preferred.
- • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- • Knowledge of data preparation and cleaning tools or methodologies, including Microsoft Power Query, Alteryx, or Tableau Prep.
- • Knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Office applications.
- • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
- • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- • Experience with business intelligence and analytics tools.
- • Experience with Python programming.
- • Understanding of complex data relationships and entity relationship diagrams (ERDs).
- • Knowledge of machine learning and time series analysis.
- • Familiarity with deep learning frameworks.
- • Experience with effective AI prompt engineering.
- • Exposure to the aerospace industry or aviation-related operations.
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
- • Full-time salary range of $40,658–$54,841 annually.
- • Compensation is influenced by business factors, local market conditions, internal equity, and candidate qualifications.
- • Temporary employees may participate in the 401(k) savings plan.
- • Temporary employees working 20 or more hours per week may be eligible for medical benefits, an employee assistance program, and business travel accident insurance.
