- The Impact You'll Make
- As our Salesforce Business Analyst, you’ll be the bridge between business needs and technical solutions. You’ll translate complex requirements into clear, actionable Salesforce configurations—especially within CRM and CPQ—ensuring our sales, service, and operations teams have the tools they need to work smarter, close deals faster, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. Your work will directly shape how we engage with customers, optimize revenue processes, and scale our business.
- What You'll Do
- Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Operations to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements for Salesforce CRM and CPQ enhancements.
- Translate business needs into detailed user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria for the development team.
- Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and approval processes to support CRM and CPQ functionality.
- Collaborate with Salesforce developers and admins to design and implement solutions that align with best practices.
- Lead UAT (User Acceptance Testing) cycles, ensuring solutions meet requirements and deliver measurable value.
- Analyze and optimize existing Salesforce processes to improve efficiency, data quality, and user adoption.
- Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to end users to maximize platform effectiveness.
- What You'll Bring
- 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years focused on Salesforce CRM and CPQ projects.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) functionality.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable solutions.
- Experience with Salesforce configuration (flows, validation rules, page layouts, reports, dashboards).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Excellent communication skills—able to engage with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, CPQ Specialist) are a plus.
