About The Role
The Business Intelligence Analyst at Crossroads Treatment Centers plays a vital role in empowering the organization with data-driven insights to optimize operational and financial performance. The successful candidate will support the Operations and Revenue Cycle Management teams by developing detailed reports, analyzing healthcare data, and communicating key findings that influence strategic decision-making. This role involves designing and implementing analytical solutions, preparing regular reports, and collaborating across departments to identify opportunities for process improvement and business growth. The Business Intelligence Analyst will leverage technologies such as SQL, Power BI, and other analytical tools to explore healthcare data sets, perform statistical analyses, and generate actionable insights. The position offers flexibility with remote work arrangements but requires occasional travel to the Greenville, SC office for meetings and collaboration sessions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Mathematics, Business Management, or related field, or equivalent experience and ongoing self-education
- 3-5 years of experience as a business or reporting analyst, preferably within Healthcare Operations or Revenue Cycle Management
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI and/or Tableau
- Strong skills in quantitative analysis using Excel Power Pivot, SQL, or similar query languages
- Familiarity with project management methodologies, including use case development and requirements gathering
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to senior management
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify growth opportunities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel to Greenville, SC as needed
Responsibilities
- Support business partners by providing clear communication on key metrics, benchmarks, and KPIs, especially related to operations and revenue cycle data
- Explore healthcare datasets and perform statistical analyses to identify trends and insights that inform business strategies
- Prepare and deliver high-quality reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis using tools such as SQL, Power BI, and R
- Identify opportunities for operational and financial optimization by analyzing relevant data and recommending strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new data solutions and processes aligned with stakeholder needs
- Gather and translate technical and business requirements, acting as a liaison between IT and business units to ensure effective solution delivery
- Analyze and present data insights efficiently, supporting decision-making processes across departments
- Stay current with industry trends, new analytical tools, and software to continually enhance data capabilities
- Participate in project planning, milestone tracking, and documentation to ensure timely delivery of analytics initiatives
