- Position Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Senior HRIT Business Analyst with deep expertise in Workday HCM and Global Payroll platforms to support enterprise HR and Payroll initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience gathering business requirements, supporting HRIS and payroll integrations, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring successful delivery of global payroll solutions.
- This role requires strong analytical, functional, and technical skills with hands-on experience in Workday, ADP Global Payroll, system integrations, testing, and payroll compliance.
- Key Responsibilities
- Lead business requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders, HR, Payroll, and cross-functional teams.
- Conduct workshops, stakeholder meetings, and discovery sessions to identify and document business needs.
- Analyze, document, and validate business requirements, functional specifications, interface mapping documents, and user stories.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for development teams.
- Support Workday HR and Payroll integrations, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and reliability.
- Develop and maintain interface and data mapping documentation for Workday, Payroll, and Benefits integrations.
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Payroll and Benefits systems and integration processes.
- Prioritize business requirements and facilitate stakeholder reviews and formal approvals.
- Collaborate with solution architects, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards and SDLC best practices.
- Create and maintain test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production validation activities.
- Validate testing results, manage defects, and coordinate issue resolution with development and QA teams.
- Partner with external vendors, including ADP and payroll providers, to resolve production issues and support system enhancements.
- Ensure payroll data consistency and integrity across Workday and global payroll platforms.
- Support payroll-related financial integrations, including General Ledger (GL) postings.
- Ensure compliance with organizational security policies, SOX requirements, audit standards, and data privacy regulations.
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of Business Analysis experience within HRIT and Payroll domains.
- Strong experience supporting enterprise HR and Payroll transformation initiatives.
- Proven ability to gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working in Agile and Waterfall project environments.
