• About the Role
• We're seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst with expertise in Salesforce to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams. You'll play a key role in enhancing Salesforce Sales Cloud, optimizing lead management processes, and delivering solutions that support business growth.

• Key Responsibilities
• Gather and document business requirements.
• Translate requirements into user stories and functional specifications.
• Improve and streamline processes within Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Partner with Salesforce Administrators and Developers on solution delivery.
• Support Agile projects, UAT, testing, and releases.
• Analyze Salesforce reports, dashboards, and data.
• Act as the primary liaison between business and technology teams.

• Required Qualifications
• ✅ 5+ years of Business Analyst experience
• ✅ 3+ years supporting Salesforce or CRM platforms
• ✅ Salesforce Administrator Certification
• ✅ Experience with Agile, SDLC, and process mapping
• ✅ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• ✅ SQL and data analysis experience
• Preferred Qualifications
• ✅ Salesforce Business Analyst Certification or Advanced Administrator Certification
• ✅ Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Data Cloud, and Salesforce Agentforce
• ✅ Experience with Salesforce integrations, ERP, or Marketing Automation platforms
• ✅ Agile certifications (CSM, AAC, etc.)
