Business Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is looking for a a Intermediate Business Analyst to assist with internal IT projects for a leading waste management firm. to support ongoing IT and operational projects during a period of significant business transformation. This individual will work closely with managers, business stakeholders, and internal development teams to assist with requirements gathering, prioritization of initiatives, and coordination between business and technology functions.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• - Fully Bilingual French/English
• - 5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in a technical or systems integration-focused role.
• - Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• - Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently with distributed teams.
