- Position: Business Analyst
- Duration: 12 month contract
- Location: Fully onsite - Columbus, OH
- Hours: 40 hours/week
- Pay Rate: 58/ HR
- Must Haves
- 3+ years of Business Analyst, Financial Analyst, or Operations Analyst experience
- Strong experience with data management, reporting, and documentation
- Experience reviewing and working with agreements, contracts, invoices, or financial documentation
- Proficient with Excel, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with status tracking, reporting, and maintaining project documentation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain organized project repositories
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
- Customer-facing experience and ability to work with internal and external stakeholders
- Plusses
- Smartsheet experience
- Utility industry experience
- Experience supporting project controls, invoicing, or financial tracking processes
- Experience documenting business processes and workflows
- Experience working with interconnections or RTO-related projects
- Day to Day
- Maintain complete and accurate project information and status tracking systems for multiple projects
- Assist with documentation of interconnection and data workflow processes
- Update and maintain SharePoint repositories and project folders
- Prepare client-facing reports and project status updates
- Support invoicing activities and study tracking efforts
- Review agreements, contracts, and financial documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and business system updates
- Work with internal AEP teams to document and update processes related to agreements, option-to-build activities, and other project workflows
- Respond to project-related emails, Teams messages, and stakeholder requests in a timely manner
- Ensure accurate weekly timesheet submission and project tracking
