Required Skills & Experience

• • Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into actionable user stories.
• • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• • Deep familiarity with Agile and Scrum environments.
• • Strong analytical thinking, root cause analysis, and problem-solving abilities.
• • Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams.
• • Ability to solve complex business problems using multiple sources of information.

Job Description

• • Provide business domain expertise and strategic analysis across multiple business areas.
• • Assess and document current-state and future-state business processes and perform gap analyses.
• • Lead requirements gathering efforts across teams and business domains.
• • Author user stories and features with medium to high complexity.
• • Serve as a subject matter expert throughout the development lifecycle.
• • Coordinate and facilitate business testing activities, including test planning, execution, and sign-off.
• • Support delivery teams through business guidance, decision-making, and stakeholder collaboration.
• • Mentor and provide guidance to other business analysts as needed.
• • Utilize advanced project management skills to lead and advance business initiatives.
• • Analyze data and business processes to support strategic decision-making and business outcomes.
