  • About the Opportunity
  • Russell Tobin is partnering with a leading global technology company to hire a Contact Center Global Sourcing & Supply Manager (GSSM). This role is ideal for a sourcing or procurement professional with experience managing strategic supplier relationships, leading commercial negotiations, and driving supply chain optimization initiatives.
  • The successful candidate will partner with cross-functional teams to develop sourcing strategies, manage supplier performance, negotiate commercial agreements, and analyze supplier financials to support business objectives. This position requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple organizations.
  • Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of the contact center supplier and outsourcing landscape, including market trends, supplier capabilities, and industry dynamics.
  • Conduct supplier financial research, spend analysis, benchmarking, and ad hoc financial modeling to support strategic sourcing initiatives.
  • Lead commercial negotiations with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, favorable contract terms, and long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Evaluate supplier cost structures, including direct labor, indirect labor, overhead, and SG&A components, to optimize sourcing decisions.
  • Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Legal, and other cross-functional stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with business objectives.
  • Analyze supply chain capacity, cost scenarios, and operational performance to identify opportunities for optimization and risk mitigation.
  • Monitor supplier performance and proactively identify potential supply risks or operational challenges.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and recommendations to support sourcing decisions.
  • Drive continuous process improvements by developing sourcing templates, reporting mechanisms, governance processes, and escalation procedures.
  • Provide program management support for strategic sourcing initiatives from planning through execution.
  • Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Finance, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Supplier Management, Category Management, or Operations.
  • Experience managing supplier relationships and strategic procurement initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success negotiating commercial agreements and supplier contracts.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience performing spend analysis, financial analysis, and cost modeling.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting contact center, customer support, BPO, or outsourced service providers.
  • Knowledge of supplier financial analysis and supplier cost structures.
  • Experience conducting benchmarking and capacity planning.
  • Background in supplier operations and performance management.
  • Experience leading end-to-end commercial and legal contract negotiations.
  • Strong program or project management experience.
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
