Business Analyst II # 26-14905

Duration: 12 Months Contract (Possible of Extension/Conversion)

Job Description:

• Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies.
• Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs.
• May require a bachelor's degree in a related area and 4-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Familiar with relational database concepts, and client-server concepts.
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. May report directly to a project lead or manager.
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Basic Qualifications:

• Deeper SQL experience who can work independently in complex query environments
• SQL hands on rather than foundational
• Familiar with Redshift SQL
• Leverage SQL, Python, Power BI, Snowflake, Alteryx, UiPath RPA, and advanced Excel

Group: Relay Product Excellence Fixed

Task Breakdown:

• 50% analysis, SQL, coding
• 25% dashboard
• 25% working stakeholders, team meetings

Must Haves:

• Advanced Excel
• Analytical skills to interpret data, Data Dashboards
• Foundational SQL & Tableau

Nice to Haves:

• Demonstrated delivery in domain
• Pricing or revenue management
• Network planning

Someone has a background in pricing domain, network planning domain, experience in transport domain
