Business Analyst

A growing physical security technology business is looking for an experienced business systems specialist to join the team. The role focuses on defining, building, and scaling go-to-market systems, datasets, and analytics workflows to drive sales efficiency. You will work at the intersection of business strategy and sales tooling to build durable foundations for a rapidly scaling organization.

• What you'll be doing
• • Partner with leaders across Sales, Marketing, and Operations to identify and address key business challenges related to data pipelines and systems.
• • Conduct usability studies with internal stakeholders to identify pain points and implement effective system solutions.
• • Help define the product roadmap for core internal platforms and CRM tools to ensure they scale with business growth.
• • Implement process changes, system configurations, and custom enhancements to improve sales velocity and pipeline visibility.
• • Collaborate with engineering teams and business stakeholders to design and deliver technical solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
