Join a dynamic global HR systems initiative where you’ll help shape requirements for a Workday implementation across multiple regions. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented business analyst who excels at facilitating conversations, turning complex business needs into clear documentation, and helping teams move from ambiguity to action.

Responsibilities

  • Lead requirements-gathering sessions with HR, Payroll, Talent, Recruiting, Technology, and regional stakeholders across global locations.
  • Facilitate workshops to document current-state processes, country-specific needs, policy differences, and regulatory considerations.
  • Identify gaps between existing processes and desired future-state solutions, then capture business impacts and decisions.
  • Translate business needs into detailed, configuration-ready functional requirements, user stories, and supporting documentation.
  • Create and maintain process maps, requirements documents, decision logs, traceability matrices, and country delta tracking.
  • Coordinate across functional workstreams such as Core HCM, Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent, Compensation, Time and Absence, Payroll, and Learning.
  • Support testing readiness by helping define test scenarios, acceptance criteria, and validation steps.
  • Partner with implementation teams to clarify requirements, resolve open questions, and support issue triage during delivery.
  • Communicate risks, assumptions, dependencies, and open items to keep the program aligned with milestones and timelines.

Skills

  • 7+ years of experience in business analysis, functional consulting, or HR systems implementation.
  • Proven ability to lead workshops and guide discussions with diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Strong background translating business processes into clear system requirements.
  • Experience supporting global HR, talent, recruiting, payroll, or workforce management initiatives.
  • Excellent documentation, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, drive decisions, and work effectively in complex, changing environments.
  • Comfort working with cross-functional teams and maintaining end-to-end requirements traceability.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting Workday implementations or large-scale Workday transformation programs.
  • Familiarity with multi-country HR processes and regional requirements across Europe and APAC.
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
  • Working knowledge of Workday HCM, Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent, Compensation, Payroll, Time, Absence, or Learning modules.
  • Experience creating requirements for configuration teams rather than performing direct system configuration.
