• We are seeking a Business Analyst with healthcare insurance experience to support business and technology initiatives. This role will work with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to gather requirements, create user stories in Jira, and help manage project timelines using Microsoft Project.

• Key Responsibilities
• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical processes.
• Create and maintain user stories in Jira.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to document current processes.
• Qualifications
• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• Required experience in health insurance, including payer operations, claims, enrollment, benefits, or provider management.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Agile methodologies.
• Experience using Microsoft Project.
• Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
