Simple Job Description

We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in the Healthcare domain and Data Migration projects. The candidate will work with business and technical teams to support data migration from legacy systems and external sources into a Salesforce platform.

Required Skills:

• Healthcare domain experience
• Data Migration and Data Transformation
• Data Mapping and Data Validation
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
• Salesforce exposure (preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business and data migration requirements.
• Analyze legacy data and map it to the Salesforce data model.
• Work with business users, developers, and QA teams during migration activities.
• Support data validation, reconciliation, and testing.
• Identify data quality issues and help resolve them.
• Prepare business documentation, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful data migration and transformation.
