Business Analyst

The Role

• Capture business and user requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Define detailed stories and epics with acceptance criteria in collaboration with product owners and development teams.
• Author and peer review various documents including functional, technical, training, planning, and roadmaps.
• Build datasets and visualizations, perform data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and maintain metadata.
• Work effectively in an agile, cross-functional environment, managing multiple priorities independently.
• Support solutions leveraging AWS and ServiceNow, and collaborate with developers on system integrations.

What You'll Need

• An active TS/SCI clearance is required for consideration.
• Willingness to complete and maintain additional customer suitability screenings.
• Current Security+ certification or a higher/equivalent qualification.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline with 4-8 years of relevant experience, or 8-12 years for higher levels (additional experience may substitute for a degree).
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work on-site in Washington, DC, with early-stage telework flexibility transitioning to full on-site presence.
