The Role

• Analyze current legacy systems to identify inefficiencies
• Translate business needs into actionable, technical solutions
• Improve and meet program goals through effective solutions
• Document requirements and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Structure abstract ideas into clear business requirements

What You'll Need

• 8+ years of experience in business analysis
• Proven ability to analyze complex systems and identify improvements
• Strong communication skills to translate business needs into technical specifications
• Experience with requirements documentation and UAT processes
• Ability to work with program and project teams
