Business Analyst

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

• Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of embedded software configuration and delivery processes
• Contribute to the development and execution of solutions aligned with future-state goals
• Work with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools to support system enhancements and integrations
• Collaborate with global teams across engineering, production, and corporate functions
• Help coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful execution

What You'll Need

• Experience with business analysis and project management methodologies
• Ability to bridge business needs and technical solutions
• Familiarity with embedded software configuration and delivery processes
• Experience supporting system enhancements and integrations
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
