Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with Guidewire PolicyCenter expertise to support enterprise Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance initiatives.

Business Analysis
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from insurance business stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.

Guidewire PolicyCenter
Collaborate with technical teams on Guidewire PolicyCenter implementation and configuration.
Support Product Model configuration, including:
Lines of Business
Coverages
Conditions
Exclusions

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
6–10 years of Business Analysis experience.
4+ years of experience supporting P&C Insurance technology projects.
2–3+ years of hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter.
Strong understanding of the Property & Casualty insurance lifecycle.
Experience writing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of Guidewire PolicyCenter configuration and Product Model.
Familiarity with Guidewire data model and Guidewire Studio.
Understanding of REST/SOAP integrations and messaging concepts.
Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
