Business Analyst (Finance)

• Position: Business Analyst – Finance & Banking Domain
• Employment Type: Full-Time | Remote

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and process workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
• Work closely with technology teams to translate business needs into effective system solutions.
• Conduct gap analysis, develop use cases, and support UAT and implementation phases.
• Partner with financial and operations teams to enhance performance, compliance, and reporting efficiency.
• Support data analysis, process re-engineering, and system integration within Banking and inancial Services (BFSI) projects.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 9+ years ofprofessional experience as a Business Analyst in the Banking, Financial Services,
• Strongunderstanding of Core Banking, Payments, Risk, KYC, AML, or Investment Banking.
• Proficiency with SQL, Agile/Scrum, JIRA, and process documentation tools.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• Experience with Regulatory and Compliance frameworks (Basel III, AML, KYC, FATCA) is an advantage.
