About the Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst to analyze business requirements, identify opportunities for process improvement, and translate business needs into data-driven solutions. This role is suitable for candidates with backgrounds in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or related fields.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
Analyze business and operational data to identify trends and opportunities.
Create reports, dashboards, and presentations for business teams.
Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications.
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
Track KPIs and prepare performance reports.
Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
Support data-driven decision-making and business strategy.
Perform ad-hoc analysis using Excel and SQL.
Document business processes, requirements, and analytical findings.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of Excel and SQL.
Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools.
Understanding of business requirements and process analysis.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Python, SQL, or database knowledge is a plus.
