Pay Rate: $60-$66/hr W2

Overview

College Board is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a strategic initiative focused on secure data storage, data classification, and VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) migration planning across the enterprise. This role will partner with Security, Infrastructure, and business stakeholders to assess current-state data usage, identify risks associated with physical device storage, and recommend secure solutions that align with organizational data protection objectives.

The ideal candidate has experience leading enterprise-wide data governance, data sensitivity classification, information security, infrastructure, or endpoint modernization initiatives, with the ability to translate complex findings into actionable business recommendations and executive-ready business cases.

Key Requirements

• 5-7+ years of Business Analyst experience
• Experience with data governance, data classification, or data sensitivity assessments
• Strong background analyzing data flows, systems usage, and business processes across multiple business units
• Experience supporting security, infrastructure, risk, or compliance-related initiatives
• Familiarity with VDI technologies such as Citrix, VMware Horizon, or Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
• Strong stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and workshop facilitation skills
• Experience developing business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and executive presentations
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with NIST, ISO 27001, or other security frameworks
• Privileged Access Management (PAM) experience
• Endpoint management or IT asset management experience
• Consulting or contract Business Analyst background
• Higher education or nonprofit industry experience
