• 3–6 years as a Business/Systems Analyst in banking or fintech.
• Direct experience with loan/credit card origination platforms.
• Familiarity with credit decisioning rules, bureau data and underwriting workflows.
• Agile/Scrum experience writing user stories.

Job Description:

• We are looking for a Business Analyst with hands-on experience in credit card and loan origination systems to bridge business requirements with technical delivery.
• They will be working across risk, credit ops, product, and engineering teams to improve origination workflows, decisioning, and customer onboarding.

• Key Responsibilities
• Gather and document business requirements for credit card application and loan origination processes (application intake, underwriting, decisioning, funding).
• Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process/data flow diagrams for engineering teams.
• Analyze origination funnel metrics (approval rates, drop-off, TAT) and recommend process improvements.
• Support UAT, defect triage, and production issue investigation for origination platforms.
• Liaise with Credit Risk, Compliance, Fraud, and Product teams to ensure regulatory and policy alignment (Reg B, FCRA, KYC/AML).
• Maintain BRDs, functional specs, and traceability matrices.
