Required Skills
5+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting enterprise applications.
Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements.
Experience creating Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), user stories, and process flows.
Experience providing application support and end-user support.
Experience developing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans, test cases, and supporting UAT execution.
Experience creating training materials, user guides, and delivering end-user training.
Experience maintaining application documentation, data definitions, and business process documentation.
Experience supporting application configuration, administrative functions, and data updates.
Experience working with system interfaces and data integration between enterprise applications.
Strong communication, customer service, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to analyze business processes and recommend process improvements.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).

Preferred Skills
Experience supporting transportation, construction estimating, engineering, or infrastructure applications.
Experience with project cost estimating systems or project cost management applications.
Experience supporting enterprise reporting and data extraction processes.
Knowledge of application interfaces, data management, and reporting concepts.
Experience working with State or Government agencies.
Experience supporting application implementations, system enhancements, and production support.
Experience with Quality Assurance (QA) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes.
