• Position: Business Analyst / Centric PLM BA/Project Coordinator with Apparel or Shoe Retail Experience
• Duration: 6 Months
• Location: Remote

Requirement:

• • Business Analyst with Luxury Apparel, or Shoe Apparel industry experience
• • Someone who can take a take project coordinating with different teams
• • Good experience in Apparel IT merchandise planning or allocation or financial planning and with an idea of reporting, analytical or data analysis experience:
• • Business Analyst with Apparel Industry background

Major Responsibilities

• • Partner with the PLM team to support existing PLM system and integrations including administrative tasks, issue triaging and system testing.
• • Translate business requirements into functional specs with associated test scripts
• • Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to assess/design solution, facilitate user testing and training, and provide process reviews/change management
• • Develop and maintain documentation including process flows, test scripts, training documentation, best practices, etc.
• • Support all areas of business including overseas users as needed
• • Support deployment efforts including sprint deploys and migrations
• • Bachelor's degree required
• Ability to write concise emails to drive decision making is important
• Write BRD’s,
• • Very strong communication skills up through executive level both written and verbal communication.
