We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst – CDP Implementation to lead end-to-end Customer Data Platform (CDP) implementations for a large consumer goods client. The ideal candidate will have strong business analysis skills, hands-on CDP implementation experience, and expertise in customer identity resolution, audience segmentation, and data activation across enterprise martech ecosystems.
Work Environment:
- Remote opportunity with hybrid work expectations.
- Frequent travel to New York is required.
- Must be willing and able to travel as needed for client engagements.
- Key Skills Required:
- 7+ years of Business Analyst experience.
- Hands-on implementation experience with CDPs such as Segment, Salesforce Data Cloud, Adobe Real-Time CDP, Tealium, or mParticle.
- Experience with Profile Stitching (Identity Resolution) across multiple data sources.
- Strong experience in Audience Segmentation and customer activation.
- Experience with Data Activation across downstream marketing platforms (CRM, ESP, DSP, Ad Networks).
- Strong expertise in requirements gathering, user stories, functional specifications, and process flows.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Preferred Skills:
- Experience in CPG, Retail, Beauty/FMCG, or Consumer Goods domain.
- Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, Consent Management, and data privacy regulations.
- Familiarity with broader Martech ecosystem including CRM, DMP, ESP, and DSP integrations.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end CDP implementation as a Business Analyst.
- Gather, analyze, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Work closely with Data Engineering and Martech teams on customer profile stitching and identity resolution.
- Define and configure audience segments based on behavioral, demographic, and intent data.
- Drive data activation workflows to downstream platforms including CRMs, ESPs, DSPs, and Ad Networks.
- Collaborate with Marketing, IT, Analytics, and business stakeholders to align CDP capabilities with business objectives.
- Support UAT, data validation, testing, and go-live activities during CDP implementation.
- Qualifications:
- 8–10 years of overall IT experience.
- Minimum 7+ years of relevant Business Analyst experience.
- Proven experience implementing enterprise CDP solutions.
- Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in cross-functional business and technical teams.
- Willingness to travel frequently to New York.
