- We are hiring a Business Analyst with strong QA/UAT experience to support a State Government project. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to gather requirements, support testing, and ensure successful system delivery.
- ✅ Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements
- Create user stories, workflows & documentation
- Support UAT testing & test case development
- Work with stakeholders and IT teams
- Assist in process improvements and system enhancements
- 🔧 Required Skills:
- 6+ years of Business Analyst experience
- Strong experience in UAT / QA testing
- Experience with Dynamics 365
- Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate)
- Knowledge of Office 365 & SharePoint
- Experience with ticketing systems
- ⭐ Preferred:
- Experience with State/Government or Public Health projects
- Strong communication & documentation skills
