Business Analyst

Capstone IT is helping our client to find a Workday Business Operations Consultant who will support the Third-Party Enablement (TPE) team by coordinating Workday-related business initiatives, stakeholder communication, testing activities, operational readiness, and documentation. This is a business-facing role that partners with Workday teams, Agile Release Train (ART) teams, vendors, clients, and business stakeholders to ensure projects move forward successfully. This is not a technical Workday development position.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Workday-related meetings, workshops, and cross-functional discussions.
• Gather, clarify, and document business requirements.
• Track issues, risks, dependencies, decisions, and action items.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), testing coordination, and defect tracking.
• Assist with operational readiness planning and knowledge transfer.
• Create process documentation and stakeholder communications.
• Partner with Workday resources, Agile Release Train teams, vendors, clients, and internal business stakeholders.
• Support implementation activities and follow projects through completion.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Workday initiatives, preferably HCM and/or Benefits.
• Strong business analysis and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating work across business, technology, vendors, and clients.
• Experience gathering business requirements and documenting processes.
• Experience supporting testing, UAT, and operational readiness.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Preferred experience in Benefits Administration, Insurance, Financial Services, Vendor Management, or Agile delivery environments.
