Business Analyst

Business Analyst | 6-Month Contract | Remote (Atlanta, GA preferred)

Our client, a large retail organization, is seeking an experienced Business Analyst for 6 month contract role. This is a remote position; candidates based in the Atlanta, GA area are preferred.

In this role, you'll lead full project lifecycles — from defining the business need through rollout — while acting as a strategic thought partner to the business. You'll build and maintain dashboards, track category and program performance, and translate complex data into insights business stakeholders can act on.

What You'll Do:

• - Lead all phases of a project's lifecycle, from defining the business need and requirements through designing and rolling out the solution
• - Serve as a subject matter expert, performing research and analysis within assigned projects or categories
• - Establish and report on metrics to gauge business value and monitor trends

Requirements:

• - 4+ years of Business Analyst experience; bachelor's degree or equivalent
• - Strong SQL skills (BigQuery preferred)
• - Expert-level Excel and Tableau reporting experience
• - Experience analyzing large data sets, including A/B tests and experimental results
• - Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
• - Ability to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences

Nice to Have:

• - Retail media, digital advertising, or analytics background
• - Python or scripting experience for automation
• - Experience with AI tools, copilots, agents, or LLM/RAG-based solutions
• - Salesforce experience
