Required Skills:
- · 8+ years of experience gathering requirements from user
- · 6+ years of experience designing technical and business requirement documentation
- · 4+ years of experience with Agile methodology / SCRUM processes and ceremonies
- · 3+ years of experience maintaining and organizing Epics, Features, User Stories, and Tasks using Azure DevOps backlog management tools (Kanban board, Sprint board, etc.).
- · CBAP Certification (new requirement)
Preferred:
- · Experience using Azure DevOps for backlog and work item management
- · Experience supporting Product Owners in Agile delivery environments.
