What You’ll Do

  • Identify current and anticipate future learning needs through comprehensive stakeholder consultation, in-depth workforce analysis, industry benchmarking, and thorough research.
  • Design, develop, deploy, and curate engaging learning experiences across diverse formats and platforms, including instructor-led training, immersive hands-on learning, and dynamic digital content.
  • Leverage cutting-edge AI and instructional technologies to enhance the learning ecosystem, focusing on workflow automation, sophisticated learner feedback analysis, precise skill-gap identification, efficient content summarization, personalized learning paths, and responsible AI adoption.
  • Partner closely with business leaders, key stakeholders, and external vendors to align learning solutions with strategic workforce priorities. This includes evaluating build/buy strategies, expertly managing vendor relationships, supporting RFP processes, and ensuring exceptional service quality.
  • Develop and execute impactful internal communications and marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of learning programs, ensuring seamless alignment with enterprise branding and strategic objectives.
  • Lead the meticulous planning and flawless execution of high-visibility learning events, coordinating vendors, speakers, production partners, stakeholder communications, proactive risk mitigation, and seamless event operations.
  • Provide expert consultative recommendations on innovative learning strategies, connect learning resources across various platforms and providers, and create cohesive learner journeys that significantly enhance organizational capability development.
  • Monitor learner engagement, operational performance, and key ROI metrics to rigorously evaluate program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement across all learning programs and services.
  • Ensure that all training content consistently evolves to meet the dynamic needs of learners.
  • Monitor and report on the status of various learning projects, providing clear and concise updates.
  • Serve as a team lead for assigned activities and deliverables, guiding initiatives to successful completion and fostering collaborative success.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Five years of experience planning and implementing training programs and events.
  • Proven experience working with and presenting effectively to a broad range of audiences, from early career talent to executive leadership.
  • Excellent knowledge of standard MS Office tools, MS Teams, and MS Forms.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in education or a relevant field is preferred.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with rapid instructional systems design (ISD) technology tools such as Camtasia or Articulate.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience working in technology with an internal client services capacity is preferred.
  • Familiarity with agile/scrum approaches to product development and delivery.
