Business Analyst

Job Description:

• We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams to understand business needs, define requirements, and translate them into clear functional specifications.
• Responsibilities:
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes, challenges, and objectives.
• Conduct requirements-gathering sessions, interviews, workshops, and meetings.
• Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Translate business requirements into clear specifications for development and QA teams.
• Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, QA, and other cross-functional teams.
• Support UAT, including test scenarios, test cases, and defect clarification.
• Track requirements throughout the project lifecycle and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and potential impacts of proposed solutions.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders as needed.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Required Skills:
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering and documentation.
• Experience creating BRD/FRD, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Excel, and MS Visio or similar tools.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
