- Conduct business process analysis and requirements gathering.
- Document business requirements and create detailed functional specifications.
- Work with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
- Create user flow and user journey for UXUI designer
- Facilitate communication between business users and the development team.
- Perform functional testing based on requirement and specifications
- Conduct gap analysis and process re-engineering.

- Proficiency in business process modeling tools and methodologies.
