About The Role
The Business Analyst at Fidelio plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our clients' needs and our technological solutions. This position involves analyzing clients' business processes, proposing tailored solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation and continuous improvement of our management systems. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining excellent communication with clients and internal teams. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of both our clients and our company, working remotely with flexible hours and engaging in ongoing training and development.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Management, or a related field, or a combination of education and relevant experience. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a similar role is required. Fluency in both French and English, spoken and written, is essential for effective communication with our diverse client base. Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical skills, especially in organizational management systems and business processes. Proficiency in MS Office and Visio is necessary, alongside a solid understanding of IT infrastructures, systems, and SQL environments. Knowledge of ERP systems and experience working with SMEs will be considered advantageous. Additionally, candidates must hold a valid driver’s license, as some travel may be required.
Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze client needs and existing business processes to develop tailored solutions.
- Propose practical, effective solutions that align with client requirements and Fidelio’s capabilities.
- Contribute to writing detailed system specifications and parameterize system components based on client processes.
- Test, revise, and update client systems to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business goals.
- Manage project timelines and budgets, maintaining regular communication with the project manager.
- Assist in developing clients’ startup strategies for ERP system integration.
- Analyze potential risks, communicate issues promptly, and recommend mitigation strategies to prevent project overruns.
- Participate actively in project management meetings and contribute to progress reporting and management indicators.
- Train and support client users to ensure effective utilization of the system.
- Continuously improve processes and update standard process guides to reflect best practices.
- Support post-project analysis, documenting observations and recommendations for ongoing improvement.
- Contribute to the documentation of processes and support the team in implementing continuous improvements.
