About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join Verisk as a WCIO Compliance Reporting Specialist. In this role, you will focus on supporting Data Collection Organizations (DCO) related to Workers' Compensation data reporting, specifically for the WCPOLS and WCSTAT products. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure compliance with WCIO standards and facilitate seamless data reporting processes for our clients. You will act as a crucial link between internal teams, external clients, and regulatory bodies, providing expert guidance and support to optimize reporting accuracy and system functionality.

This position requires a comprehensive understanding of WCIO compliance requirements, data reporting, and processing standards. You will be instrumental in managing client relationships, supporting system enhancements, and ensuring that all reporting activities adhere to regulatory and internal standards. Your proactive approach to identifying issues, analyzing data, and implementing solutions will be vital to maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• College degree, preferably in Business Administration, Data Science, or related fields.
• 3-4 years of experience in Workers' Compensation data reporting or related areas.
• Proficiency with WCIO standards and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated experience in data reporting, processing, and analysis.
• Strong research and diagnostic skills to resolve complex data issues.
• Excellent customer service and project management skills.
• Exceptional troubleshooting abilities with a focus on detail and accuracy.
• Effective oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with Microsoft Project or similar project management tools is preferred.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required for business needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations related to client data reporting activities, ensuring compliance with WCIO standards and DCO requirements.
• Utilize an interactive ticketing system to track, prioritize, and resolve client issues efficiently.
• Assist in managing the product backlog and contribute to the development of the product roadmap to enhance reporting capabilities.
• Participate in regular and ad hoc client meetings to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.
• Support clients and internal staff with understanding and implementing WCIO standards and DCO-specific requirements for WCPOLS, WCSTAT, WCDCI, WCMED, and WCIND.
• Monitor DCO circular announcements and provide necessary specifications for wcPrism system updates to ensure compliance with evolving requirements.
• Collaborate closely with clients and product engineering teams to deliver timely solutions and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
• Provide technical and procedural support to internal ISO staff based on specific assignments and subject matter expertise.
• Keep management informed of customer issues, progress, and potential risks during and after system integration phases.
• Continuously review and improve internal processes and procedures to meet client needs and adapt to regulatory changes.
• Conduct research, diagnostics, and issue resolution to address complex data reporting challenges effectively.
