Business Analyst – Agentic AI

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with Agentic AI experience to support strategic AI initiatives for Fiserv. The ideal candidate will bridge business and technology teams, gather requirements, and help design intelligent AI agent solutions that automate business processes and enhance customer experiences.
Required Skills
8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Hands-on experience working on Agentic AI, Generative AI, or LLM-based projects.
Strong understanding of AI agents, autonomous workflows, multi-agent systems, and AI orchestration.
Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements (BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria).
Ability to translate business needs into AI-enabled solutions.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with AI frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or similar Agentic AI platforms.
Exposure to OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, or Anthropic Claude.
Knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), AI governance, and workflow automation.
Financial Services or Banking domain experience is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements for Agentic AI initiatives.
Collaborate with product owners, AI engineers, architects, and business stakeholders.
Define AI agent workflows, business rules, and success criteria.
Create detailed documentation including BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and user stories.
Support UAT, solution validation, and production rollout.
