Business Analyst

ATI is Hiring. We are looking for a Business Analyst in the Chicago area.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and document the current reporting landscape across business functions
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and pain points
• Identify reporting gaps related to our Oracle transformation
• Rationalize and consolidate duplicate reports and reporting processes
• Define business requirements, data definitions, and reporting standards
• Drive reporting improvements that increase data reliability and reduce manual effort
• Help establish a streamlined future-state reporting environment

Ideal Experience

• Senior-level Business Analyst experience in enterprise environments
• Strong reporting, analytics, and data-focused background
• Experience working on ERP, data, or reporting transformation initiatives
• Ability to work independently and drive outcomes with minimal direction
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience navigating complex reporting environments with multiple systems and data sources

This role is not focused on documentation alone. We are looking for someone who can work directly with the business, identify opportunities for improvement, and deliver meaningful reporting outcomes throughout the engagement.
