- Aaratech Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst – AI & Automation to support business transformation initiatives through artificial intelligence and automation solutions. In this role, you will analyze business processes, gather requirements, and collaborate with technical teams to implement AI-driven solutions that improve efficiency and decision-making.
- Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business and functional requirements for AI and automation projects.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Collaborate with business, data, and technology teams to implement AI solutions.
- Develop process documentation, reports, and business workflows.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and solution implementation.
- Present business insights and project recommendations to stakeholders.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting technology or digital transformation projects.
- Experience with business process analysis and requirements documentation.
- Basic understanding of AI, automation, and business intelligence concepts.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred Skills
- Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.
- Familiarity with AI, Machine Learning, or Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
- Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Any certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, UiPath Business Analyst, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) are a plus.
